线圈型全光纤偏振器的研究

本文采用等效电流法对线圈型全光纤偏振器进行了分析计算.对应于保偏光纤中两正交传输基模的消光比,提出了一种分析保偏光纤弯曲损耗的新方法,这种方法基于将保偏光纤两个不同偏振模式分别等效为两个普通圆光纤的基模,等效参数通过测量不同偏振模式的模场半径来确定.实验证明这种理论计算方法与实验结果一致.最终,我们研制出的线圈型光纤偏振器在1.31μm工作波长下,实测消光比达30dB以上,工作偏振模式插入损耗≤3dB.     

Fabrication of tunable colloid crystals from amine-terminated polyamidoamine dendrimers

A pH-responsive colloidal crystal was assembled using core-shell composite spheres, poly(styrene-methyl methacrylate-acrylic acid) (P(St-MMA-AA)) spheres covered by generation 4 amine-terminated polyamidoamine dendrimers. The light reflection of the colloidal crystal film can be tuned at different pH due to different protonation level of the dendrimers. The method shows a facile way to fabricate diffraction-based chemical and biological sensors by exploiting the effect of photonic crystal cooperated with tunable nanoparticles.     

NBR/ORGANOMODIFIED BENTONITE INTERCALATED HYBRIDS AND THEIR EFFECTS ON THE TOUGHNESS OF PVC

Hybrids of intercalative nitrile-butadiene rubber/organomodified bentonite (NBR/OMB) were prepared by thelatex intercalation technique. Investigation of their mechanical properties and the microstructore of NBR/OMB showed thatthe organomodified bentonite is an effective toughener for NBR. Transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) and X-rnydiffraction (XRD) tests showed that the NBR macromolecule could be intercalated into the galleries of bentonite.Incorporation of NBR/OMB hybrids as tougheners into poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) results in a substantial increase in theimpact strength of PVC, but little decrease in its tensile strength and flexural strength, compared to the unmodified PVC.     

Simultaneous determination of magnesium lithospermate B, rosmarinic acid, and lithospermic acid in beagle dog serum by liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry

A rapid, sensitive and specific isocratic liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) method was developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of magnesium lithospermate B (MLB), rosmarinic acid (RA), and lithospermic acid (LA) in beagle dog serum, with silibinin as internal standard. The serum samples were treated by liquid-liquid extraction and analyzed using LC/MS/MS with a TurboIonSpray source. A short run-time (3 min) fulfilled the need for monitoring serum levels of MLB, RA, and LA in large-scale studies. The calibration curves for MLB, RA, and LA were linear over the ranges 8-2048, 4-1024, and 4-1024 ng/mL, respectively, with coefficients of correlation >0.999. The intra- and inter-day precision (CV) of analysis was <10%, and accuracy ranged from 90-104%. This quantitation method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study of salvianolate administrated by intravenous infusion with dosage of 6 mg/kg in beagle dogs.

The preparation of nano‐scope chitosan‐oligomer copper complexes and their interaction with DNA

Water‐soluble low molecular weight chitosan of nanometer level and its copper complexes were prepared, and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analysis and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The modes and mechanism of these copper complexes interaction with DNA were studied by a fluorescent probe method and electrophoresis analysis. It is suggested that there are electrostatic and intercalation modes of copper complexes interacting with DNA. At first, the cationic complex electrostaticly binds to the negatively charged phosphate backbone of DNA, and then a portion of the complex intercalates between the base pairs on the DNA duplex strand. VA族元素对阳极铅(Ⅱ)氧化物膜半导体性质的影响(Ⅱ)

用光电化学电流法研究了铅、铅砷、铅锑和铅铋合金在4．5mol·L－1H2SO4溶液（22℃）中，以0．9V（vs．Hg／Hg2SO4）极化7h而形成的阳极膜中的氧化铅的半导体性质，合金添加剂砷、锑和铋对t－PbO（四方氧化铝）和o-PbO（斜方氧化铝）的禁带宽度没有影响，从量子效率和电位的关系可求Pb，Pb－lat％As（at％表示原子百分比，全文同），Pb-lat％Sb和Sb－lat％Bi上膜中t－Pbo的施主密度（ND）分别为9．3×1015，1．0×1016，3．1×1016和1．3×1017cm-3，平带位分别为-0．20，－0．22，－0．28和-0．08V（vs．Hg／Hg2SO4）．比较VA元素砷、锑和铋对上述膜中t－Pbo的ND（从而自由电子密度）和膜中t－Pbo的生长速率的影响，可认为法添加剂砷、锑和铋对阳极膜中t-Pbo的作用符合Hauffe规则．     

壳聚糖负载贵金属催化剂的研究进展

壳聚糖负载的贵金属催化剂显示了高催化活性和高选择性，已被用于氧化反应、氢化反应、烯丙基取代反应、羰基化反应、Suzuki和Heck偶联反应、烯烃的不对称二羟基化反应及有机醛、酮的合成反应体系中。本文对其制备方法、可能结构及其在各种反应体系中的催化性能进行了综述。
